Sift:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 2/3 cup butter
Use pastry blender to mix well. Reserve ½ cup for topping.
Add:
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 cup milk
Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into batter. Pour into 9x13" greased pan.
Place 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen) on top. Sprinkle ½ cup reserved topping over all.
Bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes.
