Betty Wilder said that this one came from a Washington City Soil and Water Conservation District meeting some time ago.
In saucepan, combine and cook:
- 2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen. Bring to boil with:
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup sugar, mixed with:
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
Mix and add to berries. Cook until thickened. Remove from heat.
Combine the following and add to blueberry mixture:
- 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
- 1 large box raspberry Jello
- 1 cup boiling water
Put in mold or dish and refrigerate.
