Blueberry Tea Cake from Jeanne


Margarine 1 cup

White Sugar 2 cups

3 eggs

Milk 1 cup

Flour 5 cups

Baking Powder 5 teaspoons

Salt 1 teaspoon

Blueberries 3 cups

Sprinkling of Cinnamon Sugar Mix

Grease and flour a 9" x 13" pan.

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Cream together 1 cup of margerine and 2 cups white sugar.

Add 3 eggs and 1 cup of milk.

Stir in 5 cups of flour, one at a time.

Stir in 5 teaspoons of baking powder and 1 teaspoon of salt. Beat in well.

Sprinkle flour lightly over 3 cups of blueberries and fold into batter. (Batter will be thick--don't worry!)

Sprinkle well with mixture of cinnamon and sugar.

Bake for one hour.
